An outline of a technological tool to facilitate citizen collaboration in the construction of a better environment. It is an app developed in AppInventor for Android that allows the citizen to publish in the profile @tuitnuncia in an organized way, attaching photographs, geolocation, type of incident and comments. This project was developed before others better like FixMysteet exist.
